NILO had the honor of participating in the Annual Entrepreneurship Competition “Kainotolmo 2023,” organized by the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Unit (MOKE) of the University of Thessaly on May 12–14.
As part of the event’s parallel sessions, the NILO team delivered a presentation titled “From Branded to Private Label: The Case of NILO,” where it had the opportunity to present to a panel of professors and students the company’s long-standing experience and activity in the Private Label sector. The presentation also highlighted the company’s latest innovative projects (NETS, REOCEANUM, etc.) and initiatives focused on household and personal care products developed in packaging made from recycled plastics sourced from the fishing and agricultural industries. Through these projects, NILO’s vision for promoting an eco-friendly lifestyle and implementing a practical model of circular economy was brought to life.
NILO followed with great interest the entrepreneurial proposals presented by the competing students and was delighted to take part in the competition’s judging committee that selected the best business plans.
